Stephanie Tanner American Family Insurance

I have been with Stephanie and American Family Insurance for over 13 years. I currently have 3 autos, with full coverage, and renters insurance. I have received very professional and excellent service! Stephanie, and her staff are very knowledgeable and willing to assist in finding the best coverage and rate for me. I have compared rates with other insurances and no one comes close to the same coverage for the price I pay with American Family! Stephanie Tanner is a wonderful insurance woman and an amazing person! Take your insurance needs to her, you will find great satisfaction knowing you are well protected!

Before writing this review I looked over the reviews that were one star to consider what their experience was, reflecting upon my own 7+ Years of experience with AMFAM and Stephanie Tanner’s office. I admit to some miscommunications that have been ironed out over time, mostly because I am not an insurance savvy shopper. I’m simple. My rates are good. My claims were fair and timely on several occasions in real estate and vehicle claims (damn deer). I don’t deal with Stephanie directly, but Kristine always handles my calls with the utmost patience and cooperation. I can see how a person might get frustrated with the insurance process as a whole (I frankly don’t like it). However, it seems like the one stars don’t represent the Stephanie Tanner agency, and more to do with insurance generally

Kristine K and Stephanie Tanner make a top-notch team, that I would highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of insurance. Kristine is a dream, and genuinely has her clients best interests at heart. Stephanie met my partner and I on a Saturday, even though they were closed, because it was the only time we could meet. They go above and beyond.

Stephanie is great, she helped my wife and I get a great policy to cover for our car and has been there when we needed them. She has gone above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy and in good hands. Not sure the whole deal with everyone else putting negative reviews. I believe its good to confront before writing a bad review unless this is the last resort. I understand people have lives and things happen. Stephanie, keep it up :)

The only reason I gave them even one star was because American Family itself is a decent insurance company. Just please find your policy from someone else! Stephanie is impossible to reach and her assistants have one skill- answering the phone and telling you she will call you back... which she doesn't. I was with them for four years after my original agent left and she replaced him. When I received a birthday card this year addressed to Jim instead of Jill I was so done. That just went to how little care she has for her clients. Over the years, Tanner was constantly trying to sneak in rate increases and i would have to call in several times to get it adjusted. Biggest pain ever. I finally switched and now pay less.
