Stellar Insurance

Went in with my family for notary service. Lady working was unprofessionally dressed and working with a customer at her desk, trying to print our documents and taking a personal phone call talking about someone’s boyfriend all at the same time. Turned us away because her printer produced an error and darkened the pages and would not troubleshoot.

Stellar representative calls at 8:39pm and does present themselves on the phone as professional. The don't identify themselves and just asks for someone who does not own this phone. Even after I had a previous conversation with her and told her the person she was looking for already has insurance and thank her she continues to call. If you wonder why I haven't listed her name it's because she never identfy's herself. How unprofessional!
