Called Steffes Insurance back in December 4th of 2025 to get Commercial insurance for my business. Spoke with a gentleman by the name of Matt. We went over my coverages I was looking for and the type of business that I run. All seemed well. Matt even went as far as to come down to my place of business to go over everything in detail of what I own for my business and itemize everything. Matt left after being here for about an hour and I didnt hear back from him for a couple weeks. I had tried calling several times and left messages with the receptionist as well as voicemails for Matt himself. No call backs, no emails. Never call back or cancel insurances when you tell them. Jerry was always good to me before he retired and now its just been a huge disappointment.

The good: Lukus was awesome. Provided great service, was very knowledgeable and able to show me some health insurance plans that far surpassed my employer provided benefits at a better price. Super professional and friendly. The bad: I almost didn’t get that far because I came SO close to walking out before I even met my agent. When I came in there was another agent (who I could identify by the board but decided not to on my review) who was incredibly unprofessionally demeaning the two front desk people (Eldin and Ashley) in such a fashion that I very nearly walked out.
