I was looking for a new Allstate agent to handle my Auto and Homeowner Insurance and living in the same locale as John (Penfield) via an internet search, I decided to call John and discuss the possibility of his agency taking over my account. I called John's office leaving a message with one of his assistants, explaining my situation and asked that he call me to discuss his office handling my account. I was told John was out of the office, but would be in later in the day, and would call be back. When I didn't receive a call back after 2 or 3 days, I decided to call his office again. I was told he was not available, and maybe I should look for a different agent to handle my account. When I asked for suggestions, his assistant gave me the name of an agent in Canandaigua which is 30+ mil
