Agent won't talk to my husband about re-adding autopay. We tried for about a week now to call, email and even text. His car is always there when we go shopping so he's in the office. Not sure what he's doing instead of responding to us. we think he mistankly removed autopay. Hes unreasonable when it comes to quality customer service and resolve. Policy changes take forever and when you ask him to check underwriting he won't.
Poor resolve, always take to long to write a policy. Agent messed up and didn't check on underwriting and now I have a passed due for changes I requested 3 months ago. Gave solutions given to me at statefarm call center to lower my bill but his wife wasn't helpful ms brigham
they removed my review and tried to drop me because I left a bad review.. because they really messed up my info and instead of admitting they are wrong they tried to get rid of me called me on my personal phone and complained and tried to start a fight over a one-star review when it was their fault. do not go here
