I talked to Kallie today she was so helpful and so kind! She answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything and especially understood everything and she broke it down for me. Most importantly it was very simple and fast. She was professional, very knowledgeable and efficient, 5 stars all the way ! Best experience I've ever had with customer service! Would recommend her every time.

We are so glad that we switched to State Farm with Matt’s office. Not only did it save us a ton of money on our home and car insurance, Cayleigh has also been absolutely amazing at assisting us any time that we have a question or problem. She is professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with! We have nothing but good things to say when calling the office and we will definitely continue to recommend Matt’s office to our friends and family.

She was very professional and explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions thoroughly and did not make me feel like my questions were not valid.
