We are deeply disappointed to share our experience with State Farm Insurance, which has been nothing short of a nightmare. After a tree fell and destroyed our garage last year, we initiated a claim expecting a smooth process. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, we encountered numerous challenges that left us feeling frustrated and unsupported. The agents assigned to our case were unhelpful, and the customer service team failed to address our concerns adequately. After enduring what felt like an endless cycle of unresponsiveness and lack of assistance, we made the difficult decision to cancel our policy. However, even after canceling, we find ourselves being harassed by State Farm agents, which adds to our distress. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and we believe it is

I have been with State Farm since I started driving, over 10 years ago. I’ve been with different agents in different states and have never had an issue submitting a claim or getting my vehicle fixed. I have not had to file a claim since Devon Rogers took over as the agent, but I have seen how he is reaching out and getting involved with the community. I recommend State Farm to anyone who is looking for insurance!

Devon and his employees have went above and beyond to help us with not only the vehicle insurance , but the commercial, house and life insurance.
