State Farm Insurance

Bad experience. I initially came to State Farm October 2023 and since then, I had issues every month. Every month I had to place a call to the Ruben Solis office in Palmview to ask and correct my bill/charges. I would always aak to speak to one particular female because she was the one who originally opened my account with State Farm and knew what was happening from day 1 but guess what, my troubles would not get resolved. On top of not having issues resolved, she would tell me "I will call you back as soon as I fix this with central office" and she would not return my calls often. I don't want to mention any names but "she" knows who "she" is. So if you're planning on going with State Farm, go to another location.

The staff here really makes the difference. Great service, Regina surpassed our expectations and took the time to find a policy tailored to our needs. I genuinely recommend this place if you want an agent that sees you as a person and not just another account.

Had to change agent. That lady Rosy really made me upset by making a mistake in my account. I went to add a vehicle and remove another and what she did was charge me for a totally different vehicle. Then she calls saying "you don't have insurance, you haven't paid" apart from that I kept getting emails for $260, but she would not own up to her mistake. Bye felicia

Friendly environment, Anthony Rodriguez very helpful any question I had he will help me out and try to get me a good price on everything . Highly recommend this place left satisfied.
