Esther and Mary were very helpful and patient with me. They were able to provide me with the best rate and went over the coverages with me. I initially came in for basic insurance but after discussing with the ladies I decided to get full coverage on my vehicle because it was only a $20 dollar difference and it would cover me and my vehicle God forbid something were to happen. Will be recommending Juan’s office to all my friends, church members, and family.

Juan Williams office is the best in the game! Antonia has always been so helpful when it comes to my Homeowners policy and she was able reduce my premium from the initial renewal amount. And Esther was right there to translate everything for me in Haitian Creole which made the process seamless. I will always recommend the people I know to this office. The ladies there are always professional, efficient, and most importantly kind.

So grateful for Nikki and how hard she works to make sure we always have the coverage we need.
