I wish that I could review our agent, Lynn Bedard, separately from the estimators/adjusters. LYNN DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO HELP US MEETING WITH AS MUCH FRUSTRATION AS WE DID. She even filed our complaint about Caliber Collision as I sat there in her office since no one from State Farm headquarters had called us as she had requested. I WOULD RECOMMEND LYNN TO ANYONE. I wish I could recommend the claims people (estimators/adjusters) but I can't. After we presented photographic evidence that Caliber had done a very shotty repair job on our Sienna, they continued to push us to take the car back to Caliber rather than take it somewhere else. There was photographic evidence of an amateurish, sloppy welding job and rust already happening to the repairs. Ultimately it was another body shop

Avoid this agents office at all costs. I have been a loyal State Farm customer for over 20 year in four different states. I have never had any issues until I moved to MD. Previously, I would have said State Farm was the best at customer service. I hope this is just a bad experience with one office. 1) Couldn't be bothered to assist with claim with against another insurance when my parked car was hit. Found out later, that your agent could assist on your behalf. 2) Auto pay expired and couldn't be bothered to notify via phone or email - costing $800 in fines from MVA and increase in premiums, because of establishing a new policy.

Staff is always friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They insure our vehicles and home, which saves us money. They explain SF policies in an understandable manner, and recommend ways you can save on insurance.

Have been using State Farm for my auto and home's insurance for years. The ladies at the Dunkirk office are always very courteous and helpful towards my husband and I, there is a reason why we have stayed year after year.

Great service, phone is always answered right away by a real person and they start helping you right away. Helped me greatly through an accident where I was not at fault.
