I have only had GREAT interactions, help, and service from Mark McBride and his friendly team at Statefarm in the Derby, VT office. Every single time I call or email, they always follow up immediately to best help me. I’ve appreciated them so much over the past nearly 4 years, that I can’t imagine having any other insurance. This is truly a local office, with local expertise... I just don’t have the words to express how truly helpful and thoughtful Mark McBride & his team truly are! Highly recommend. Mark was very easy to work with and is very understanding. I was able to use a car rental facility that was not the “pre-approved” dealer, as I wanted to be able to get a rental car with winter tires. When it’s January in Vermont, you need winter tires! He totally understood and supported that idea. He checked in, even when there wasn’t any new information to relay or gather, but genuinely wondering if everything was going ok.
