State Farm Insurance

Terrible experience. I was the victim of domestic violence, and as hard as it is to tell others about it and how it affects closing bank accounts and changing car titles, I did just that talking to Brandon and Ryan. I called to make sure that the payment went through for the month before closing the joint bank account it was coming from. Brandon told me that it would be fine, because the payment had already posted. A week later, I received a notice that my insurance would be suspended over the holiday (4th of July). I called, and Ryan was extremely unhelpful, and even rude. I told him to forget about me renewing my insurance with State Farm, I would go elsewhere. I sent the check for the overdue balance from my new individual account and went to Cooper Bumpus (where i was treated very well

Ryan and Dick are both EXTREMELY rude! If you want exceptionable customer service and if you desire that your money and business be valued, go elsewhere!

I've had wonderful experience using these guys for years now. I've experienced nothing but great customer service and care from this office.

Never a problem and I love the emergancy road side service they offer. Very friendly agent/staff.

Claims to be open on friday afternoons but Left in the middle of the day. Strong on sales but weak on service.
