State Farm Insurance

Jacob is a great agent. Nothing but a straight shooter who doesn't beat around the bush. But in all honesty, he helps me change my plans to fit my needs, which can be hard since my policy covers my home, cars, and business. He is the best choice, 10/10 would recommend him to everyone.

I have always gone with the bigger insurance agencies because I thought I would get better rates and coverage, however, Adam Fuller at Jacob Finch State Farm, has been such a blessing to me!! He always answers any questions I have anytime of day!! He is always very kind and understanding and NEVER makes me feel like just an insurance customer. I will be recommending him and this insurance to all my friends and family if they need insurance! THANK YOU ADAM!!

This is my first insurance agent. I can't believe I waited this long to get one. While 24/7 online access can be nice, the trade-off of having the personal service that is offered here is better. I actually have met Jacob and he's a pretty cool guy. The service that I have received from the agency is personal, attentive, and just great. I have retained my service with them even after moving out of the area because they have done so much to retain me.

I'm very grateful for all the help Faye has given me during getting my new vehicle and selling my old one. She is just fantastic. Just another wonderful place to do business at in Ashland. plus her pets are to cute!
