State Farm Insurance Agent

State Farm is awful, incompetent, and ridiculous. One of their clients hit my car and I am dealing with the consequences because of it, State Farm is CONTINUING to drag this out. I have not seen a single cent, they stopped providing me with a rental car a week ago. Most horrendous experience, I cannot believe I am being penalized for their customer hitting me.

This is the most responsive Insurance office that I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Especially Kristina, actually she is the only one in the office that I have ever communicated with. I didn't need to speak with anyone else. Kristina is knowledgeable, efficient and super pleasant. Being new to AZ she also helped with finding a great hairstylist, CPA, eye doctor and dentist. She really is great at what she does and her response time is impressive. Highly Recommend!

Debbie's agency has always been extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and setting up the best insurance package tailored to our needs. We have been with State Farm for a very long time and can say that they go above and beyond expectations when handling inquiries, clarifications, concerns and any policy revisions/riders. Long story short, my elderly parents live in Arizona and have been her loyal customers for more than 15 years. My mom eventually stopped driving due to Parkinson's, but my Dad was fully functional until recently when he fell off the roof and broke his neck. I have been working with this agency for many years. I've worked closely with Lori, who is extremely knowledgeable, fun, and super helpful. She is always up to help by providing renters/auto/RV quotes for us and making sure we feel fully comfortable with our choices and their services. This has been the longest I've been with an insurance agent/agency and I think we'll continue to keep at it!
