State Farm Insurance Agent

A warning to all current and potential State Farm customers. I was a customer of State Farm for 22 years. I had zero home claims and minimal auto claims during this time. In the summer of 2024, my youngest child had two minor auto accidents (<5mph and no injuries). In Aug 2025, I received a call from Charlotte's office (not Charlotte) informing me that my child was excluded from our auto policy. When I challenged this absurdity, I was told that corporate State Farm made the decision. I have dropped all State Farm coverage as it is clear that loyalty means nothing to this organization and that my local agent is powerless and indifferent.

I have been with Charlotte over 25 years. She has provided great service and annually conducts a personal review of what can be improved depending on the situation at that time. Her staff is great to talk to. When leaving a message, Charlotte or her staff will return calls normally on the same day. I would recommend checking out her office in Bellevue and talking with Charlotte if possible. Charlotte will go to bat for the client against the corporate offices and normally wins.

This is the Best insurance agent ever! She goes out of her way to ensure you are taken care of. When others drop the ball Charlotte is there. I switched insurance agents when I moved to another state - When I came back to Nebraska I looked up Charlotte again As I knew, I couldn’t beat the service she provides anywhere else. She’s always treated my parents awesome too. And if you ever have an issue because a claim didn’t get processed right at the upper level Charlotte will be right there to bat for you and help you get it straightened out.
