Claim Number: 11-94Q0-07G Date of Loss: December 19, 2025 I am extremely disappointed with State Farm’s handling of my claim and believe their conduct falls far short of what Georgia consumers should expect under Georgia’s Unfair Claims Settlement Practices standards. I have been insured with State Farm for over 30 years, with multiple homes and multiple vehicles, and this is the first home insurance claim I have ever filed. Rather than handling this loss promptly and in good faith, State Farm issued a Reservation of Rights letter and appears to have focused its efforts on identifying technical loopholes instead of moving the claim toward resolution. I purchased the home and provided receipts showing the home was purchased by me. I have a total interest in the home. Yet, they are attemptin
