State Farm: Chuck Hall

Hands-down, the best insurance company that we have ever worked with! My family uses them both for Home and auto and we have never been more satisfied. The customer service is for superior to any insurance company that I have used in the past and they go above and beyond! It is disappointing to have heard of a company taking hard earned money from a local small family run business. You and your family pride yourselves on assisting people when in reality you blame the customer when the customer is always right. It is unethical to take money that was not legally yours. An overpayment of a claim should naturally be retuned to customer since it is their hard earned dollar. This can be taken to a higher standard of customer service and return the overpayment or the better business bureau and corporate will be contacted. Word of mouth is still the best way to earn business.
