DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are significant issues, such as extremely high rates, poor customer service, outsourced support that often lacks professionalism and are rude, repeated audits, and potentially questionable changes to policies. These concerns raise serious doubts about the company’s reliability and integrity. Don't make my mistake. This company will haunt you years after you've moved on to a legitimate company.

Horrible people, nasty customer service, entitled staff. I wish other California insurance companies would be able to compete for roofers. It’s a shame.

State Fund is the worst workers comp insurance provider, EVER. If you are an employer you do not have to use this company and I strongly suggest you shop around.

Please don’t expect much from them. The communication here is trash, the people are rude & don’t want to help.
