I recently needed to speak to someone, about an existing policy, and each time I called, the agent was "Not in the office today". I would leave my name and number, with the woman who answered the phone and never received a call back. I would not recommend this company, because of the lack of customer service.

These people mismanaged my policy, processed my cancellation later than I requested, and I ended up having to pay progressive for insurance for a car I didn’t even have. They never answered my calls. Never responded to my emails. Never called me back.

I LOVE Starr Insurance! I've been using them for years now and they ALWAYS get me the best rate. I went and got insurance on my own for a while, but when I purchased a new car the quotes I was getting were high so I went back to them and they beat my lowest quote by $70 per month! I HIGHLY recommend them
