Here is my experience I went in to see about home insurance for a new house my 3rd time in the lady at the front desk who was older said may I help you. The agent I had to see was standing behind her I said I am her to see Bill. 30 second later she started screeching at me " Who are you again and what do you want" The agent was standing behind her and walked away. I am a mild mannered person I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior I have no idea who this women is.I told the agent in an email I was disgusted and wanted to cancel. He went to my friend who recommended them ( a dr. ) and said to tell me he was sorry.I have never even said anymore there except I am here to see..... I have since been informed by other people I know that have used this agency that the nic name for the women
