I had a very complicated situation with a Claim and was highly distraught, but when I was connected with Ms. Glenda all began to take a different direction. Glenda was my light in what had become a dark nightmare. She was thorough she was kind she listened intently. Glenda not only helped me with my load she took it from me and handled the whole matter.
