customer service rep seems like she doesn't like to work. Very unhelpful and brush off all concerns and only says what she wants to say. Has absolutely no idea how to take calls and accommodate the caller's concern. where do you find people like this to be in front of the line as face of your company when someone calls for help? Absolutely horrible experience.
