Stan Henderer - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am happy with state farm, I had an issue with my agent, but Stan was quick to respond so I have updated my review from a 3 to a 5.

I have gotten my insurance from Stan @ State Farm since I briefly lived in Pendleton in 2001-2. They have always been 100% responsive, professional, fair, and efficient. I highly recommend them for people in need of reliable insurance.

I've had insurance through State Farm and with Stan Henderer for over 12 years now. His office is always helpful. They call me back as soon as they can and answer all my questions. I even moved to the other side of the state for several years and Stan would work with me and explain those insurance rates.

I have worked in customer service and I know how taxing it can be. These folks are absolutely efficient, thorough, and so incredibly helpful. Every time I get off the phone with them, I am so thankful for how they made me feel, how they treated me, and how they addressed my concerns. This kind of customer service is second to none and I am super grateful!

Staff was very dismissive. Are not very knowledgeable in their trade. They think they know better than you do for yourself. Go to Progressive. Much better company
