The level of service and dedication to customers just doesn't seem the same since the business was sold and is no longer owned and operated by the Stammen family.
Since my insurance company of 25 years merged with Stammen, my rate went up..I called there to see if they could find me a better rate and she told me she would call me back.. And that's been two weeks ago and I haven't heard anything so I think it's time I find another insurance company
