Called and spoke with the receptionist, got transferred to the commercial department in hopes of a inland Marine coverage for my company, spoke with two individuals in that dept took my info for the quote and over 2 weeks later 3 phone calls later I have yet to receive any quote. With that said I did work with another company whom handled this quote fast, easily and effortlessly. Will not be a returning customer.
Everyone in this office are very helpful and pleasant to talk to.
