I have been working with this Lexington agency for several years, long before they were even S&S Insurance. I worked on the brokerage (high risk) side of insurance with this team for several years, and they ALWAYS remained a valued retailer of mine! Very honest, good-hearted folks, that always went above and beyond; not only for myself, but for their policyholders as well!!! Unfortunately, I am no longer in the insurance business, however I am absolutely thrilled that I am able to work with them again, after all these years, and now procure my own personal/commercial insurance policies!!! Been with Erie out of s and s in Lexington for years attempted to file a claim a week ago with no reply this company is unreliable, and don't use this insurance company. Premium are high and they do not hold up to the contract

I dont ever here anything from S&S ins agency unless I call . I dont hearcabout product upgrades or any other service . Buy dont ever hear from your company even at renewal about products options and upgrades. Thru Erie ins or any competitor you represent. However I'm still satisfied with the response of explaining policy and what to do next. when I call ...... service is what its suppose to be about right.😉
