Springs Insurance

When we moved here 7 years ago, we had Allstate. Our insurance agent at the time was not doing right by us. We decided to go to Springs Insurance, which is in the community where we live. That's when we met Karen Shelnut and left Allstate, after many years, for good. We told Karen what was happening to us and right away she looked into it and made call after call. It took a lot of persistence on her part but she got it settled. Karen makes you feel like you're the only client she has. No matter how busy she is, she has time for you and listens with her undivided attention. She's always smiling. If she doesn't have an answer for you, she will get it.
