I applied for a home equity loan and was approved. I asked Brad Scott to update my binder with the new mortgagee late in the afternoon to send to the mortgage company. I figured I was going to have to wait a couple of days to hear back, but Brad updated and sent back the binder the same day!! Now this is customer service!!
