We have been working with Steve since we bought our home last year and needed homeowners insurance. Steve was great with communicating and getting back to us very quickly. He was able to find us a great rate. We even switched our cars and Harley over and he was able to find us great rates and save us money. We have also been in the process of trading our cars in and it’s been a hassle with delivery dates so I’ve had to have Steve switch it too frequently (sorry Steve) and he has always been very kind and reassuring it wasn’t a problem! Very kind and caring! We love working with him!

We were assigned a new agent after our previous agent retired. Since we always had great customer service, we didn’t have any concerns. However, a year later I am disappointed that it took three attempts to simply drop an old vehicle and add a new vehicle. We will be shopping around.

Stellar service and pricing - we have had very good luck with Midwestern Risk Advisors. First was a business policy they wrote for us. They were able to simplify the process and improve our overall coverage limits, while saving us money. Then they reviewed our personal coverage needs, where they found gaps in our old coverage! Our new policies with MRA have better coverage limits at lower cost - and we feel confident all areas are covered adequately. Loved that we could do it all by phone and email too, the digital signing made it so easy.

We purchased insurance through Spectrum. Competitive quote process and transition was smooth. After initial purchase, have added and deleted items and the service was very good. Unfortunately, this year we had a claim due to storm damage. Yes, claim was unfortunate but the service provided by Spectrum was excellent. The people we have dealt with at Spectrum have been always professional, thoughtful and thorough. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

Amazing customer service. Even after our policy with them expired. A very organized company as well. Don't hesitate to do business with them.
