Good experience, personal service. Jim is most definitely a salesman, and a smart one. He will try to upsell you, but with insurance, that's not really a bad thing. His wife handles a lot of the day to day, and she offers personal first name basis service and didn't miss a beat whenever I dealt with her. Definitely recommended.

Been insured with "Big Jim" for eleven years. The man really knows his stuff and is always willing to help in any way, shape or form. Very personalized service every time, explains everything in layman's terms and has never once made me feel like just another policy number. I highly recommend him to everyone I know looking to insure.

Don't even bother. Jim (maybe the owner who sounds real old and arrogant) called me back trying to get me personally to visit his office, after I've emailed him details info sufficient enough for a baseline quote on my homeowner. He decided to hang up on me after finding out I had more knowledge about insurance than he does. I quite frankly was getting very annoyed by his insincerely and old sales tricks. Too bad I can't help if he's hoping to pray on me as the next stupid house wife of New York city to buy a $5000 policy. Bottom line: Maybe he's experienced because he's old, but don't waste time with an agent/broker like him.
