They care about their customers and potential customers! We came in for a consultation because we were looking to change all of our insurances to one location. We were there for 2 hours, but we discussed health, life, car, renters, boat, and business insurance. They answered every single question we had, and we found out we were being overcharged for several of our insurances. We set up a second appointment and came in and switched our car and renters insurance to them and plan to change over several others through the next year. We really like that you can make an appointment and talk to someone face to face.

Susan was great. Thoroughly enjoyed our conversation, and it felt nice to talk to an insurance agent who actually listened to our needs. She even helped with insurance that didn't benefit her financially. I'll be switching over all my insurance needs to Southland by the end of the year. Thanks!

Extremely knowledgeable staff! Very professional and will go to great lengths to ensure you have the best policy to suit your needs. I wouldn’t look anywhere else for coverage. Gary Hewitt is the best agent to work with! 5 stars is not enough.

I would never recommend this agency to ANYONE. They posted my "confidential" information on Facebook for the world to see all due to a personal issue. I wouldn't trust them with my phone number. I am switching insurance agencies ASAP! Also note that they did not take out my payment causing me to contact them to do so.... This payment comes out normally every month but did not after this issue occurred with their facility. There were funds in the account for it to be taken. They will no longer be receiving any money nor business from me!

Southland has had all my insurance policies for many years and I know I can always count on the best rates and quality of service. Highly Recommend!
