It's really hard to find great relationship based advisers - I'm grateful for the service I've received from them .

Soucy has been our insurance agent for 3 generations. They’ve done a great job helping with all our different needs - home-owner to renter, car and truck, etc. Everyone I have worked with has been professional, responsive and an proactive in identifying the best coverage at the best price. They have also been supportive when, unfortunately, accidents happen.

Soucy Insurance is a very pleasant place to work with. The girls that work there are always polite and willing to help. I work with Pam Lussier and she remembers me no matter how long it's been since I last called. I never feel like I'm just another customer with Soucy, they treat you like you are an actual person. Highly recommend working with them if you are looking for a good insurance agency :)

I'm a 30 plus year customer of the Soucy Agency .. always a pleasure. Having the ability to do most registry of motor vehicles right in their office is super convenient and no lines! I recently needed something done that required being taking directly to the RMV and Soucy offered to do it for me .. in these times of COVID and trying to schedule impossible to get appointment times that did not exist on the RMV website, Soucy hand carried it there for me and had me up and runing in no time! You don't get that kind of service from GEICO .. thank you Soucy Agency!
