She helped us switch over from another insurance company, and trust me, we gave her a headache with all our questions and confusion about documents. But Maria was nothing but patient, kind, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She guided us through everything, explained what coverage worked best for each of our cars, and found us great prices. Her customer service is truly unmatched. Even now, we still reach out with so many questions, and she never hesitates to help. She treats us like family, and honestly, she became family to us.
