Kassie made it a very simple process to obtain condo insurance. She was very responsive to inquiries from the bank and condo association, making the whole process seamless and efficient. I highly recommend this company. The owner was particularly friendly and came over to congratulate me himself. Bravo SBM for a great job!

Janet Brennan was SUPER professional, and kind and efficient, as well. Truly, I could not have asked for better service. Also worked with me to get all the little details regarding the business so I could buy only the coverage I needed which saved me a lot of money.
