Smith Brothers Insurance

I have been a long time customer and ever since Oxford Insurance was bought by Smiths Brothers their customer service has been horrible. I was overcharged because my agent had the wrong address on file and did nothing to correct this or fix this I was overpaying for years.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I wish there was a zero star rating option; ever since they bought out Rawson Insurance and Smith Brothers took over, their customer service and customer experience has been horrific. My insurance was suppose to renew on 11/2, but it wasn’t until today 11/7 when they told me that they cannot renew my insurance because, get this, I NEED TO REPLACE MY ROOF! You’re telling me that 5 days after my insurance was suppose to renew??! Their excuse? The agent I was working with doesn’t work for the company anymore, so “they’re sorry no one called me before” Am I suppose to find comfort on that?. I have -had- 3 properties, umbrella policy and multiple cars under this company. Business lost for them:new business gained to a new, better insurance agency. Again, AVOID AT ALL COST!

I called them since my insurance premiums increased quite a bit and they advised they would give my quotes for different carriers and I should here from them on 11/8. Well 11/8 came and no call back. Called 11/11 and stated they were sorry and would get back to me on 11/13 and of course nothing. Called a different insurance agency and was able to save $500.00 on my car insurance and $500.00 on my house insurance. I would avoid them at all cost!

Oxford Insurance Agency is the best agency I have ever dealt with. Especially because they have someone like Kimmy working there for them. She always has my best interest at heart and is super fast in responding to all of my emails. She tries to help any way she can. I am more than happy with the service I receive from her and Oxford Insurance Agency is very lucky to have someone like Kimmy working for them. Thank you so much for all that you do to help my daughter and me. I appreciate it more than you know.

Lori Wong is the best I have worked with. Always very kind, responsive and gives excellent guidance and advice. She is very knowledgeable about all of the insurance available and will break it down so that everyone can understand. I feel that she treats everyone like family and will always look for the best price, value and product she could possibly offer. Oxford and their clients are very fortunate to have Lori
