After 15 years of dealing with “big box” insurance agents and recently switching to the Sluiter Agency, I can safely say this will be my final stop. This local agency went far above and beyond what I ever knew to be possible in the realm of insurance agents. You can consider yourself lucky to know that they’re on your team. Horrible! Stay far away from this agency. The only reason I gave them one star is because 0 stars was not an option. The owner himself, was obnoxious, arrogant and deliberately tried to degrade my husband when we tried to purchase landlord insurance for our properties thru his agency. This agency practices discrimination at the highest level. We were definitely discriminated against, he even verbalized his prejudice by saying “I am the owner so I can choose where, when and who I want to insure and I don’t want to write an insurance policy for someone like you”. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism of this individual, especially when he walked the property to assess it, and at that time he informed us that there was nothing wrong with the property and that it was completely insurable

As a first time insurer with this company I couldn’t be happier with where I went and the people I get to deal with here. I thought for sure I would be paying through the roof (due to my own history) and I am more than grateful that they tried as hard as possible to get me the best quote they could!

A great local company! Everyone there is always friendly, helpful and informative. A wonderful asset to the town! Got us a great deal by bundling and saved us a lot of $$!
