I was pleased to discover the Sloan Insurance Center in Bellefontaine. In my experience, I felt that Sloan wanted what was best for me. The agent who helped me (Myranda Joseph) gave objective advice when I needed it, and when I had questions she was both detailed and quick to respond. I was very happy with the interaction because she was patient, kind, communicative, and honest. I never felt like Sloan was pushing a product on me I didn’t want or need. I ended up with a very affordable policy (for Home and Auto) from Auto-Owners. Five Stars!

My wife and I have worked with Sloan for several years. It seems like no matter what the problem or question I have regarding insurance I always get a quick response from the staff at Sloan. Even if I'm asking about some "off the wall" question I know I can get the help I want from Sloan. I've been in business for over 20 years. It's nice to find another company that takes pride in treating their customers "they way is used to be" and not like just another number !

By far the best insurance agency I have ever had. The agent I have is simply amazing. She has bent over backwards to find me a better policy for a cheaper price. I wish all insurance agencies were ran like this. Overall I would give them a solid 10/10. Looking forward to continuing my insurance needs with them.
