In May of 2025 we received a hail storm that damaged our new camper which resulted in our camper being deemed totaled. We filed claim on our full coverage camper to find out our insurance agent from Six insurance of Washington court house didn't write the policy correctly. What the insurance company was offering isn't even enough to pay off the brand new camper. Upon speaking to the agent she admitted her mistake and said she "assumed" the value of our camper. She tried to go back to under writing because she knew she had mistaken the value. When under writing denied the request because of her mistake she could have turned it into her ENO but says it was denied. She has stopped all communication text, email about situation and refuses to come to an agreement to settle this matter. We have
