Hello, I have been using Simon Zhen for over a decade, for my home and car insurance. I must say that it was my deceased husband, who first noticed that Simon just seemed to project ethics and high standards. He emphasized our understanding the policies, as opposed to selling them to us. He explained them to a T, checked if we were understanding as he went along and then they sold themselves. Although he keeps long hours, he has always called me back promptly and multiple times. He has explained changes it in the Insurance world that I have asked questions about, thoroughly.
