Switched with them a little over 5 months ago! Things were good at first. Then I would ask questions requested a change of address. While my agent is supposed to be shopping for the best coverage with the best price…… it would take a week for a response or I would get short answers and multiple time I feel I had to remind them of there job ( I used to be in insurance) so i know how things work! They hung up on my mother and I multiple times when we were trying to explain that I’m being over charged when I canceled with them ! Saying I still owe them money ….. I canceled before that bill was processed! Just very unprofessional and unhappy women that work here !!! You are an agent to assist and help people that is the exact opposite what you did with me ! There is no reason I should be payin
