As one of her tenants I also use her business services and they ALL have been and always are great people to be around! They have little birthdays for my grand daughter and she loves them. They do so much good that they don't need to. Felicia is very responsible and on top of everything, no shenanigans. Her business is the same. Definitely recommend using her services!

I visited this location to handle my vehicle registration and license, and I left extremely disappointed. From the second I stepped inside, I was met with hostility and an attitude that made me feel like an inconvenience. The staff seemed miserable and uninterested in helping, and even though no one else was there, the process dragged on unnecessarily. The snide remarks and demanding tone were completely uncalled for. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

After being given a bit of run around going to a company directly (and getting slightly frustrated) she made it clear why having an agent is worth it.
