Julie Hawkins is fantastic! She has helped me on multiple times to help us get better rates. She is always very helpful anytime anytime we have questions or issues.

My former agency merged with Shepherd. Terrible customer service. The agent, Jennifer never answers her phone. I tried to get a better rate on my Safeco insurance policy but was told that is the best they can do. They didn't try to write for another company, so I am now with another agency.
