I thought I might as well throw in the towel when my homeowners policy cancelled and did not renew. After days of stress and worry I called Shelton Insurance. Man I should have called sooner! Every time Doug sends me another thoughtful question, i feel a little better….knowing someone who is knowledgeable and creative will navigate that particular minefield in my stead! Last of a dying breed…highly recommend this company !

I would go somewhere else. My home had been insured with this company for years but we had an addition added to our home and needed to redo the policy. I called 2 months before my policy was up so I could increase the coverage and basically was put off for those 2 months until my policy was cancelled. Told me they would come up to evaluate what I wanted covered and never showed. Called several times and the secretary would tell me the agent was on the other line and he would call me back. Never got a call. Go somewhere else. I have better coverage now than I ever did with Shelton.

The whole Shelton insurance team there are awesome very professional and great pricing they do it all there especially the young lady there Alicia Webber her and everyone else there are very helpful and will definitely work with you on getting you the best option available for you so look them up and stop in there and check them out you want be disappointed for sure and ask for Alicia Webber with home and auto insurance she's definitely a big help for anyone looking for just as such tell Mike sent you

Great place to get insurance and their employee, Erica is so friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable and efficient! She knows her job and she has a wonderful personality. She deserves a raise!

I have been with Shelton Insurance for many years. If I have ever needed anything, I just emailed or called and they have responded almost immediately. They have always been kind, courteous and professional. I would (and have) recommended them to anyone!
