Shelter Insurance - Steve Parker

We have all of our personal and company cars and trucks handled by Steve. We have been with other agents and companies before but never knew the difference now being with Steve and his experience and knowledge. It really does make a difference in cost and peace of mind on knowing you are covered properly - I tell everyone I know to call Steve for their home or car insurance.

Steve and his team are the BEST! I have used him for my business insurance for the last several years and recently switched over my personal accounts. Shelter's rates are competitive, and having a local resource can't be beat.

My experience with Mr. Parker has been the least professional transaction of my adult life. My dealings with Mr. Parker concern a life insurance policy that he, as an agent, inherited from an agent my family had used for generations. He is unresponsive, uncooperative, slow to move on urgent issues, and generally showed a lack of empathy for the situation at hand. Certainly not the attributes you look for in an insurance agent who you will need to turn to in tough times. Beware.
