Working with Spencer Osborn has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with any insurance agent. He’s unbelievably rude, dismissive, and makes you feel like you’re bothering him just for asking basic questions. He’s not helpful in the slightest — instead of trying to make things easier, he goes out of his way to make the process confusing and unpleasant. Every interaction has been a total headache. If you value professionalism, respect, or even basic customer service, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Spencer is a complete pain to deal with and has no business working in customer service.
