Shelter Insurance - Sheldon Smith

I've been a customer of Shelter insurance through Sheldon for many years now. I called one day to see how he compared to my previous company and he earned my business on the spot. Not only did he give me a much better price, but i was able to call and actually talk to a live person instead of the nearly fully automated "service" that the previous company offered. I've had many policy changes and one claim over the last decade or so and Sheldon and his team have always been very prompt, solution oriented, kind, and honest.
