Super easy guy to talk to! Very personable, and knows all the right questions to ask. Our phone call maybe lasted 20 minutes, and I was all fixed up and insured! The pricing is also very affordable and has many good options! Definitely use Michael Ludwig!

Couldn't be happier with the customer service I've received since switching to Shelter & Michael Ludwig's office. The insurance company I had before acted annoyed any time I called them, and would never adjust rates or price shop with me. My rates just kept going up and they wouldn't tell me why.
