Shelter Insurance - Michael Lock, II

Kind of a long review. My entire family used another agent and insurance company for YEARS. Had a claim, no problem. It got covered and no rate increase. My now ex husband switched to Shelter and Mike without even discussing it. At first Mike sounded like he was inconvenienced when I would call him. I talked to him about it after my divorce and he apologized. So far he/Shelter has done me right. I plan on staying with Mike and Shelter. Am I happy about my increase in my home insurance? Definitely not but I guess with everything increasing it’s to be expected. If I have a problem with a major claim on my home I might have to leave a different review but so far I am sticking with Mike and Shelter. Thanks Mike! We've worked with Mike for 10 years and he's always treated us right. I email him or call him and or needs are always fully met. He's recommended several additional coverages over the years that have kept me out of bad situations. We had a claim on our home roof and and old barn roof 7 years ago and Shelter paid the claim above our expectations. Mike is a solid guy!

Be very careful of this guy. Has zero compassion. Definitely not fair. For $2000 he took $10,000.00 . Worst yet he took items i make a living with. Just be very careful. Bad bad guy. No morales. Will take and do anything to benefit himself. BEWARE I lost thousands of dollars because of him directly!!!!

Very honest and hard worker. 100% recommended.
