I can’t believe I’ve never left a review for Jesse. I’ve been working with him for years. He’s the most down to earth and methodical insurance agent I’ve ever worked with. He goes through every part of a policy & makes a necessary changes to most benefit his clients. Also ensuring a complete understanding when making an update, new policy, or change. I trust him blindly at this point. I’ve talked almost my entire family into holding policies with him. Truly a good man doing a consistently great job.

Jesse is by far the best agent I've had. He is always easy to get a hold of if I have questions, returns calls and e-mails immediately if I happen to miss him and follows up with any claims you might have. He also proactively looks for opportunities to save or bundle, and has offered great insight on how I can take care of my family in affordable ways. You will not be disappointed in the service you get from Jesse.

I am writing a review in regards to excellent customer service I recently received. In Kansas we experience all kinds of weather and recently high winds cause some property damage at my house. I was able to call Jesse on the phone and he immediately began working on my claim. Two days later an appraiser was at my house. The entire process was efficient and I was finished with the entire claim quickly. I appreciate an agent that works for me rather than simply selling me a policy and forgetting about the service side. Service is more important than any lesser policy that would be cheaper elsewhere. Here I feel that I got the best policies, price and certainly service. --Thanks again!
