I've had a great experience with Jeremy Hughes and Shelter Insurance. Not only are the rates very competitive, but I feel that they offer wonderful services. I've had to call his office while I was on the side of the road getting a ticket so I could provide proof of insurance ASAP, and after that was taken care of the wonderful employee informed me of the app, so now I have it whenever I have my phone! When I got a chip in my windshield heading to Texas, Jeremy found somewhere for me to stop on the way and had it taken care of for me before it turned into a crack, and it was fixed incredibly quickly! Very rude, Goes behind your back with your policy, The price of auto insurance always goes up, not to mention 1,600 came up missing from my escrow for insurance and of course it was "his Fault" or he doesn't know what happened! Big mistake switching here!
